Terms & Conditions

In force from: __ ________ 2026

These Terms govern your use of bot-marketplace.com and of the services we provide. By creating an account or subscribing to any of our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Who we are

2. What we provide, and what we do not

We provide informational services, supplied over the internet as subscriptions. Nothing is downloaded or installed on your device:

  • Signals — monitors public market data and notifies you when a technical condition you have selected is met.
  • Whale Radar — notifies you of unusually large transfers recorded on the Ethereum blockchain.
  • Filing Radar — notifies you when a company you follow files a document with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, with a link to that document.
  • AI Analyst — answers questions about companies and funds using publicly filed documents, citing the source of each figure.
  • Portfolio Tracker — reads holdings from screenshots you upload and revalues them at current market prices.

We expressly do not provide:

  • automated order execution, automated trading or any “autopilot” function;
  • brokerage, dealing, custody or any other regulated investment service;
  • investment advice, personal recommendations or portfolio management;
  • any guarantee of profit, accuracy or trading outcome.

Our services do not connect to your exchange or broker accounts, do not use exchange API keys, do not hold or move your funds, and cannot place orders. Every trading decision and every order is made and executed by you.

3. Not financial advice

The alerts, explanations, ratings and analyses produced by our services are informational only. They are generated automatically from public market data, public blockchain data and publicly filed documents. They are the same for every subscriber who has selected the same settings, and they take no account of your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.

Nothing we publish or send constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Seek independent professional advice before making an investment decision.

Where a service explains what a document or a market condition could mean, or sets out the courses of action open to you, that is commentary and not a conclusion: it is uncertain, it may be mistaken, it is not a forecast, and it is not a suggestion that you take any particular course. Facts we report are drawn from the sources we cite and you can check them there. Interpretation is reasoning offered for you to weigh, and the decision that follows is yours alone.

4. Risk

Trading financial instruments and crypto-assets involves a high risk of loss. Prices are volatile and you may lose part or all of your money.

Where we publish measured statistics, they describe what happened in a defined period of historical data, with the margin of error stated. They are not a forecast and they do not carry over to the future. A condition that beat random timing on two years of data can stop doing so at any moment, and we will not know before you do.

Never commit money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person: sharing access is a breach of these Terms.

6. Permitted use

A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for as long as it is active. You may not:

  • share, resell or sublicense your access, or redistribute our alerts as a service of your own;
  • use automated means to extract our content in bulk, or circumvent usage limits or authentication;
  • use the services unlawfully, or in a way that damages or overloads our systems.

You are free to use what we send you for your own decisions, and to quote an occasional alert. We remain the owner of the intellectual property in our software, content, trademarks and documentation. The underlying public data — filings, market prices, blockchain records — belongs to nobody and we claim no rights over it.

7. Paying, renewing, cancelling

Prices are shown on the product pages and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval and price until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and you do not need to tell us why.
  • Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, access ends when the paid period expires and alerts stop.
  • Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

Our services are digital services supplied immediately. At checkout you are asked to tick a box stating that you request the service to start straight away and that you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once access has been granted. This is the consent required by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We record the time and date of that consent against your order.

If you give that consent and we grant access, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies and payments for periods already started are not refundable. If you do not give it, your statutory 14-day right applies in full and access begins after that period.

None of this affects your statutory rights where a service is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract — see the next section, which goes further than the law requires.

9. If something stops working

If one of our services fails to do what its product page describes, and the failure is ours rather than an outage at a third party you can see for yourself, then:

  • we fix it, and
  • you get one free month added to your subscription.

On a three-month plan this is counted the same way: one extra month added to the end of your current period, not a pro-rata fraction. If a problem runs for longer than a month, the credit grows with it — a month for each month affected.

To claim it, write to us and say what stopped working and roughly when. You do not need to prove anything or fill in a form; we can see our own logs.

If we permanently discontinue a service you have already paid for, we refund the unused part of your period. And if the free month is not an adequate remedy for the problem — because the service never worked for you at all, for instance — you keep the right to a price reduction or a refund under consumer law, and we will not argue that this section replaces it.

10. Delivery of alerts

Alerts are delivered by email and by Telegram, according to what you have set up in your account. Delivery depends on your device, your network, your email provider and Telegram, and cannot be guaranteed to be instant or complete. Do not rely on a single alert channel for a time-critical decision.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Market data, blockchain data and filing data come from external sources and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Where we can, we link you to the original so you can check it.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, our services — including delayed, missing or inaccurate alerts.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under mandatory law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your access if you materially breach these Terms, in particular for sharing access or redistributing our alerts as your own service. Where it is proportionate and possible, we will warn you first. If we close your account for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part of your period. You may stop using the services at any time.

13. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we keep the email address you signed up with, your Telegram chat identifier if you connect it, your alert settings, and your billing records. Our emails contain no tracking pixels and our links do not pass through a counter before reaching where they say.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. For material changes affecting an active subscription we will give you reasonable notice before they apply to you, and you may cancel if you do not accept them.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before your local courts.

If something goes wrong, write to us first — almost everything is solved that way, and faster. If we cannot agree, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution body in your country; your national consumer authority can tell you which one applies.
