1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Bot Marketplace (bot-marketplace.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase and contact us at bot-marketplace@bot-marketplace.com.

2. Products and Licenses

Bot Marketplace sells executable software products (trading bots) as digital downloads. Source code is not included and remains the exclusive property of Bot Marketplace.

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices specified in your product tier:

Licenses are hardware-locked. Each activation is tied to the specific device on which it is first used. To transfer a license to a different device, contact support — transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Prohibited Uses

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of your license without refund.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Bot Marketplace does not warrant that signals will be accurate or profitable, that the software will operate error-free, or that it will be compatible with all exchanges or OS versions.

5. Limitation of Liability

You use this software entirely at your own risk. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss — you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Bot Marketplace shall not be liable for trading losses, exchange API failures, technical errors, or any indirect or consequential damages.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, securing your API keys, configuring safety limits, and compliance with local laws and tax obligations.

6. Auto-Trading Specific Terms

PRO and Premium bots offer optional auto-trading. When enabled, the software places real orders on your exchange account using your API keys.

We strongly recommend: never enabling withdrawal permissions on API keys; setting conservative safety limits; testing on a demo account first.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered. See the Refund and Returns Policy section below for full details.

8. Updates and Support

All products include lifetime updates, delivered through your account download area.

Support is available in English and Italian. Support does not include financial advice or exchange account issues.

9. Changes to Terms

Bot Marketplace reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

Data security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Payment processing is handled by certified providers — we never see or store your card details.

General policy

All products sold by Bot Marketplace are digital downloadable software. Once a license key has been delivered, the sale is considered final. This is consistent with EU Consumer Rights Directive exemptions for digital content made available immediately upon purchase.
