How paying works here.
We never see your card
Stripe handles payment. Your card details go to them directly and never touch our server.
Cancel in one click
From your account page. No email to write, no reason to give, no retention offer. You keep access until the period you’ve paid for ends.
If something breaks, a free month
If a tool stops doing what its page describes, you get a month added — a whole month, even on the quarterly plans, and another one for each further month affected. It’s written into the terms, not offered as a favour.
Prices can go up, never retroactively
If we raise a price we tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does. What you have already paid for doesn’t change.
About refunds, honestly
At checkout you ask for the service to start immediately, which under EU law means giving up the 14-day withdrawal right. So a started period isn’t refundable — but your rights when something is faulty stay untouched, and the free month above goes further than the law asks.
A receipt for every payment
Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge, and you can cancel from the same place. Your card never touches our server.
